New United Airlines service now with flights to Denver

Dear Roswell Community,

I am pleased to share exciting news that marks a significant step forward for air service in Roswell and the surrounding region.

Beginning February 17, 2026, United Airlines will launch new daily flight service, operated by SkyWest, from Roswell Air Center (ROW) to Denver International Airport (DEN). We look forward to celebrating the inaugural flight, scheduled to depart at 10:55 a.m., as we welcome United Airlines to our community.

This new service provides Roswell residents, businesses and visitors with expanded travel options and increased connectivity to one of the nation’s largest hub airports. Just as importantly, the addition of United Airlines brings with it competitive airfares, offering travelers more choice and flexibility when flying in and out of Roswell.

At the same time, I want to emphasize that American Airlines will continue its service from ROW to Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW). Maintaining service from both carriers ensures Roswell remains well connected while fostering healthy competition that benefits our community and regional economy.

As with any new air service, its long-term success depends on community support. I encourage residents, businesses and organizations to consider flying locally whenever possible. Choosing to fly from Roswell helps demonstrate demand, strengthens our case for sustained service, and increases the likelihood that this route will remain available — and continue to grow — for years to come.
