Officials representing Roswell, Chaves County and the National Championship Air Races and Air Show (NCAR) celebrated the upcoming construction of grandstands that will provide seating for up to 10,000 spectators during NCAR's debut at the Roswell Air Center (RAC), Sept. 10-14.
