Joy Center volunteer programs mutually beneficial
Two volunteer programs offered through the Chaves County Joy Centers are intended to aid children and seniors. According to a flyer from the center, foster grandparents are seniors 55 and older who volunteer to work one-on-one with children with special and exceptional needs.
