The City of Roswell’s Legal Committee recommended, and the city council approved the release of a request for proposals (RFP) from commercial air carriers interested in providing a passenger route between Roswell Air Center and Denver International Airport, during short, back-to-back special meetings on Monday.
This past Thursday, the council was asked to approve the RFP. However, there was apprehension about sending out the RFP without a committee-level review because it was the first time this document was part of a public meeting agenda.
