Francis “Cisco” Brink is a native of Las Cruces, New Mexico and a retired US Army officer. Following a final assignment at the New Mexico Military Institute ROTC, he settled in Roswell with his wife, Shannon, and their four children. Cisco currently works as the Project Manager for the Roswell-Chaves County Economic Development Corporation (RCCEDC) and also serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell (ENMU-R). His 20 years of military service included a combined 61 months of combat deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan.
