
Francis “Cisco” Brink

Francis “Cisco” Brink is a native of Las Cruces, New Mexico and a retired US Army officer. His 20 years of service included a variety of leadership, staff, and advisory assignments in Engineer, Infantry, Armor, Cavalry, Field Artillery, and Special Operations units which included a combined 61 months of combat deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan.
Mr. Brink holds a B.S. in Human and Regional Geography from the US Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Public Administration degree from Webster University, and a M.A. in Strategic Security Studies from the National Defense University in Washington, DC. He is a certified US Army strategist, an intermediate speaker of Afghan-Persian, and a proud husband and father to four children. Mr. Brink currently serves as the Project Manager for the Roswell-Chaves County Economic Development Corporation and is also an Adjunct Instructor at Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell.
