| AMERICAN EAGLE AIRLINES TO INCREASE SERVICE FROM DALLAS/FORT WORTH TO ROSWELL, N.M. FORT WORTH, Texas – American Eagle, the regional affiliate of American Airlines, will increase its service to Roswell, N.M., beginning April. 7 by adding a third daily round trip between Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Roswell International Air Center, using 50-seat ERJ-145 aircraft. | Dean Baldwin Painting gets United Contract: quietly increasing their customer base since it opened their facility 9 years ago in Roswell, NM, recently received a three-year painting contract with United Airlines. Baldwin has secured nine aircraft painting contracts in total and will now offer four internships at the facility. |

| SENM Air Service a Strong Possibility: Improved air service to our region is one step closer to reality, as a result of a recent survey and visit to major airlines in Phoenix and Dallas. At this time the three carriers, who have yet to be made public, are considering our presentations and will be doing their own due diligence. The committee’s goal is to have air service by Sept 1, with an offer from one of the airlines within the next 75 days. |

| E85, Inc, Seattle based company, plans to build a state-of-the-art 100 million gallon per year ethanol plant in Chaves County. Construction is scheduled to begin in Spring 2007 with the plant running in mid-2008. Once open, E85, Inc., will be a leading supplier of renewable motor fuels in New Mexico and adjoining states. |

| Beyond-Earth Enterprises hosts Rocket Day and Grand Opening! Over 150 Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts came out to participate in the event. They had hands on experience building alka-seltzer rockets and launching them indoors. Due to the weather the outside activities were postponed. Many local officials also attended for the Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting. |

International Law Enforcement Academy dedicated their new Department of State $5 million international police officer training facility in Roswell. Over 600 international officers are trained at the Roswell, New Mexico facility annually. |

| Millennium Transit Service, LLC wins a $94 million contract to build 289 buses for the New Jersey Transit Authority. Two other contracts were announced; Millennium will provide new buses for Pueblo, Colorado and convert 25 buses for El Paso, Texas. Total workforce will be approximately 250 by the fall of 2006. |
